There is nothing new about a tough deadline in the construction business. Every project faces some seemingly insurmountable deadline. However, for Signature Jewelers, missing the biggest shopping day of the year would be devastating and unacceptable.
Meeting a tough deadline was one of the first issues and commitments owners Sonny and Bridgette Belew sought from the HDC Team.

Project Scope -- A 12,200 square foot commercial facility consisting of a central 5,900 square foot business which designs, fabricates, repairs and sells high quality jewelry. It is flanked by two leasable spaces totalling 6,300 square feet. It is designed in the neo-classic style even though it incorporates pre-engineered structures.
