Hawkins Development Company is a design-build organization founded in 1977. With roots beginning in the property development industry, HDC continues to cultivate people who work tirelessly for our clients to develop solutions for their property improvement needs. Working primarily in the industrial, recreational and commercial sectors, HDC offers a diverse menu of site selection, commissioning and post occupancy services.

The Associated Builders and Contractors has certified HDC as a Certified Quality Contractor for the past ten years and recognized the firm with national awards for construction management. HDC has a Platinum Safety Rating for the ABC and Tennessee OSHA programs. HDC has been awarded National honors for Construction Excellence and is a recipient of the ABC National Eagle Award.  HDC holds numerous other awards from various associations and continues to utilize construction industry associations to earn best of class awards and to establish best practice programs for training and development of our people.
